A precursor to a fakemon that i think you'll all enjoy

Tempill (Temperature+Ill)
Sick pokemon
Poison

These pokemon spend all their days being sick. They constantly
sneeze from the cold, and always have a fever. Trainers should
be wary and make sure not to get sick with them.
Evolves into Tempever [link] Lv.32 holding Ice Heal
Evolves into Chillemp [link] Lv.32 holding Burn Heal

Well obviously ever since i made my Fever pokemon people either demanded a Pre-evo or alt evo, and so with the help of

which suggested the design

Now i will explain the evo process. Some may say well an ice heal
should go with the ice type, and a burn heal should go with the
fire type. However, in this case Tempill has a fever and a cold. If
u use a ice heal, you heal the cold which leaves the fever. In
effect the fever will become dominant and it would evolve into the fever pokemon. Get it?! :3
